Marquee Insurance Group and their sister companies, OTR Capital and PayHawk, are looking for a mid-level Marketing Coordinator to work on our Creative team. The perfect candidate is a team player who has experience with social media, executing marketing campaigns, and creating brand awareness to ensure consistency throughout the different companies and brands. Two to four or more years of corporate company experience developing social media and marketing content for small to mid-sized companies is an absolute must.

This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to have an impact at three rapidly growing and highly profiting companies! This role will assist with all three companies but have slightly more focus on Marquee Insurance Group’s marketing projects.

High-Level Expectations for position

  • Ability to create creative content and collateral materials
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Ability to analyze different data to contribute to marketing efforts for both sales and recruitment
  • Ability to identify and analyze competitors, industry and digital trends

Specific Duties and Responsibilities include the following:                           

Social Media

  • Strong experience preferred
  • Experience developing social media marketing campaigns throughout Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube (B2B experience preferred)
  • Planning and executing relevant, diverse content on multiple social media platforms
  • Developing and managing paid social media advertisements
  • Implementing social media platforms to generate leads and bring on new recruits
  • Prepare marketing analytics reports for Social Media

B2B Marketing

  • Designing and implementing marketing collateral
    • Requires experience in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Adobe InDesign)
  • Preparing marketing reports as needed to portray and analyze sales data
  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by creating
  • Plan, organize and attend organizational events and occasional trade shows

Digital Marketing

  • Utilizing knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Developing and executing email marketing campaigns
  • Creating ongoing digital content for clients and new business (newsletters, relevant blogs, etc.)

 Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Proven creativity and a sharp instinct for finding creative opportunities to build campaign momentum or raise awareness.
  • Ability to push projects through to completion
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Experience with research to achieve both company goals and industry awareness
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in full Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp)
  • Working knowledge of website platforms (WordPress)
