Magic Leap is looking for an experienced Director, Product Marketing with a focus on translating vision into core experience/use cases. You can expect to lead collaborations with design, engineering teams to drive products from concept to launch.

Define and communicate product positioning, value proposition, and key use cases for all products across the portfolio
Develop and articulate key product messages as well as overall product portfolio message/narrative

Competitive Intelligence & Market Research
Evaluate new technologies to influence future products.
Collect global customer and partner requirements for future product development.
Possess experienced knowledge of competitor and 3rd party products.
Closely follow emerging technology, consumer, and societal trends and make recommendations for how products will demonstrate or fit into those emerging trends.
Develop actionable consumer insights to inform product and marketing strategy
Listen and learn directly from partners and customers ensuring we are making informed business decisions.
Helping develop customer segmentation models
Marketing and Pricing
Make pricing and forecasting recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.
Work with marketing, sales, and experience team on the development of gtm plans, product launch activities, press releases, and marketing materials.
GTM planning for OTA and other product related releases
Strategy and Planning
Define the strategy, roadmap and success metrics for products and core technology solutions, ensuring product market fit and long-term lifecycle management
Partner with analytics and support teams to provide consumer insights, identify growth opportunities, and shape product strategies
Understand your product technologies several layers deep and be able to clearly communicate them with knowledgeable insight.
Discern new product development opportunities, while contributing to product planning process.
Identify long-term opportunities and strategic views of product(s) direction based on market assessment, qualitative research and quantitative analysis
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
