At Liberis, we’re looking for a dynamic Lead Partner Manager who will spearhead revenue generation through our key global partnerships. You'll be at the heart of our expansion, managing relationships, ensuring partners leverage the latest Liberis products, and unlocking new opportunities for distribution across channels.

 

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Build and Strengthen Partner Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to ensure Liberis’ services are fully utilized and performing at their best.
  • Expand Distribution Channels: Drive the expansion of our distribution network. Increase our reach to merchants by unlocking new channels in existing markets and exploring opportunities for international growth.
  • Champion Product Implementation: With Liberis regularly launching new products and features, you’ll play a crucial role in demonstrating their value to partners and ensuring successful implementation.
  • Influence the Product Roadmap: Act as the partner's advocate within Liberis. Ensure their objectives and priorities are communicated effectively and aligned with Liberis’ goals, influencing the development of our products.
  • Own Revenue Growth: Take full ownership of the revenue generated through your partnerships. You’ll be responsible for tracking performance against forecasts and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Leverage Technical Expertise: Use your strong understanding of technology to navigate technical conversations with both partners and internal teams. From understanding APIs and integrating new products to interpreting technical documentation, you'll bridge the gap between technical solutions and business strategy to ensure seamless execution and innovation.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

 

  • You’ve got a proven track record of growing business with large strategic partners, with around 10 years of experience in fintech, banking, lending, or payments.
  • Deep knowledge of the payments and financing landscape, with a keen understanding of key players like acquirers and payment facilitators.
  • You’re a master at conveying Liberis’ value proposition and thrive when presenting to C-level executives and large groups.
  • You are able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights ensuring that partners can fully leverage Liberis’ offerings. You’re not just fluent in tech, but you also know how to use it to identify new commercial opportunities and drive growth.
  • You love being part of a team, motivating those around you to excel and guiding senior stakeholders through strategic decisions and tactical responses.
  • Your quantitative and analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to dive into data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

 

 

Bonus Points For

 

  • Previous experience in Tech or Product roles.
  • Fluency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
