Our Sales Team: Success Together!

 

We are in an exciting phase of growth, expanding rapidly across Europe and internationally, with teams located in Munich, London, Nottingham, Stockholm, and Atlanta.

While we have regional offices, our vision is for our global sales teams to collaborate closely, sharing best practices and continually refining our sales strategy. We are seeking talented and ambitious individuals who want to join our global expansion efforts and support the establishment of our presence in Central and Eastern Europe, based out of our Munich office. Our Munich team will be responsible for the DACH region, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

 

Responsibilities

 

As a Liberis Sales Executive, you will be part of a growing team based from our our Central and Eastern Europe hub in Munich, and part of an established global Sales team. Your main responsibilities in this role include:

  • Taking on the exciting task of being one of our first team members support our customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia; depending on your language skills, you may also have the opportunity to support our customers in the DACH region, Italy, or Poland.
  • Acting as a link between our customers and internal teams, working closely with the product and partnerships team to continuously improve our offering for customers in Eastern and Central Europe.
  • Managing leads and providing our potential customers with a positive first contact experience through effective consultation; this involves handling incoming calls from interested parties as well as making outbound calls as part of our sales strategy.
  • Collaborating closely with our external partners to ensure a high conversion rate of the leads we receive from them.
  • Taking responsibility for managing your own customer base through personalised consulting and support.
  • Having the opportunity to work on and further develop existing processes.

To be successful in this role, you need

 

  • Fluent Czech and/or Slovak language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Intermediate (as a minimum) German skills.
  • Conversational in English is a plus.
  • A talent for sales and a passion for phone-based sales.
  • Openness to change and a willingness to contribute ideas.
  • Initiative and excellent self-management: You know how to prioritise to make the most of your day.
  • Experience in the following areas:
    • B2C Sales
    • Ideally, knowledge of consumer credit or acquisition products.
    • Building and managing a customer base and maintaining it in a CRM system.
