The Manager of Paid Social Marketing is responsible for all aspects of paid social media campaigns including strategy, execution, campaign management and optimization, to ensure that the campaign generates profitable leads
THE POSITION:
- Manage and mentor a team of Paid Social Analysts to ensure effective execution of campaigns and professional development.
- Daily management of bids, spend and resulting performance, including lead volumes, revenue, margins, and related performance metrics, to ensure accomplishment of performance goals in alignment with stated objectives.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and build automated processes around bids, ads, and landing page optimization.
- Clean up data from disparate sources and generate valuable insights.
- Understand our data structures and how data ties between internal and external systems.
- Ownership of the structure, tactical direction, optimization, spend, and P&L of specific campaigns in the online lead aggregation space.
- Full funnel paid marketing: strategy, ads, bids, landing pages & reporting.
- Ongoing account optimization, including structure & targeting improvements (geo, demographic, audiences, day-parting, ad and URL).
- Report on and communicate about innovative test ideas and results within the marketing and product teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years relevant Marketing experience
- Experience working with digital/online marketing and consumer websites is mandatory; transaction-oriented consumer sites preferred
- Extensive experience running PPC campaigns, especially social site advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Computer skills: Strong Excel skills and knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or related analytical tools
- Ability to adjust to and anticipate changes in the company’s strategic focus and changing market conditions
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with all levels of the company, vendors, and other external constituents
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Close coordination and knowledge/data sharing with counterparts who share goals and responsibilities with this position is required

The base pay range for this position in Colorado/Seattle is $100,000-150,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
