As a Trading Operations Analyst at Kronos Research, you will gain rewarding experience from all aspects of world-leading quantitative trading operations. You will work closely with our Quantitative Researchers to expand our global trading presence efficiently and profitably.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for trade-related inquiries and issues, offering timely support to traders and stakeholders.
Handle day-to-day trading operations, including manual processing when necessary.
Support ad hoc requests from internal or external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, fresh grads are welcome to apply!
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence.

Good to have

Understanding of trading-related operations.
