Job Description: Senior Creative Designer

 

As a Senior Creative Designer, your role is crucial in creating and implementing designs that effectively communicate our company's principles and brand image. You will be the key person to handle the overall design and production of marketing collateral, collaborating with various teams to develop innovative and visually compelling designs. Your expertise will guide the design process from concept to execution, ensuring our brand's messages are effectively communicated through multiple channels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design process from initial concept to final execution, ensuring timely completion of all design projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that align with the company's brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Create visually appealing and user-centric graphic and video design materials for digital platforms, print materials, packaging, and marketing collateral.
  • Conceptualize, develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials, ensuring effective communication of our brand message to the target audience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge designs.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality design deliverables that meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of creative projects, including print production, website development, and video production.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our target audience and market trends to create designs that resonate with our customers and drive engagement.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget

 

Skills:

  • Expertise in design, layout, and formatting for print, web, video, and mobile apps.
  • Strong branding principles knowledge and ability to align creative direction with company goals.
  • High motivation and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and team participation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for market and competitor research.
  • Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut.
  • Advanced video creation and editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and front-end development is a plus.
  • Experience with EDM creation and implementation into marketing tools.
  • Commitment to continuous innovation and design improvement.
  • Experience in managing content posting on various mediums such as Website, FB, IG, Twitter and LinkedIn
