As an Trading Operations Analyst at Kronos Research, you will gain rewarding experience from all aspects of world-leading quantitative trading operations, including risk management, portfolio asset allocation as well as trading performance assessment. You will work closely with our Quantitative Researchers and Software Engineers to expand our global trading presence efficiently and profitably.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day to day capital operations, and account management tasks efficiently, including manual processing when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary contact for trade-related inquiries and issues, offering timely support to traders and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to implement system enhancements and streamline operational workflows for improved efficiency and scalability, balancing automation with the need for manual controls where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, fresh grads of any discipline are welcome to apply
  • Familiar with current workflow and tools
  • Hands-on tasks by working with rotation colleague
  • Detail-oriented and examine any room for improvement in the current process follow
  • Experience in Python programming will be a plus
  • ***This is a night shift position from 4pm - 12am. Actual timing is subject to change***
