What you will do:

  • Provide regional sales support to our Asia Pacific and European sales teams
  • Assisting Sales Executives with proposals or sales presentations as required
  • Providing pricing assistance and fulfilling any pricing inquiries as needed
  • Assist with administering sales suite systems, including SFDC
  • Optimize sales funnel by identifying opportunities through data and process improvements
  • Partner with the Specialized Sales leadership to develop, implement and manage the business processes, systems, reports and strategies that optimize business functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives
  • Monitor sales performance through the development of appropriate and accurate sales reporting
  • Document processes and suggest areas of process improvement opportunities
  • List and data management
  • Performs other duties and analysis as assigned by management
  • Support the Sales Operations team with day-to-day ad hoc requests and event support for sales event

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations; ideally within a SaaS company selling to Enterprises
  • In-depth experience with CRM ( is a plus) and knowledge of best practices, along with proficiency in reporting, dashboards, creating / managing records in CRM, creating quote and ensuring data accuracy
  • 3+ years of experience in quoting solutions (preferred Salesforce CPQ+) with hands-on experience and advanced knowledge of all aspects of Salesforce CPQ+
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Domo is a plus
  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Enablement experience: either project-managing sales effectiveness content or partnering closely with enablement functions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, business development, marketing and sales teams to implement operational improvements and design new processes and improve processes
  • Excellent organizational skills, diligent, and accustomed to handling multiple responsibilities and tasks.
  • Experience in working with MS Office
  • Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy and positive attitude
  • Have a flexible and pragmatic mindset and the ability to think quickly with little supervision at times and adaptability to a fast-paced changing environment
  • Confident decision-maker with ability to make quick decisions under pressure
  • Desire to be an integral part of a driven and highly motivated team
