The Business Consulting Team Lead contributes to the success of sales objectives by providing market domain expertise and product knowledge during all pre-sales engagements. Works in tandem with the sales organization focusing on all activities that will ensure target sales achievement and total customer satisfaction. Acts as a resource to Business Consultants and provides mentorship and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of supply chain management and consulting and/or enterprise pre-sales experience and domain expertise in one or more of the 5 key industries served (Automotive, High-Tech, Pharma/Lifesciences, Aerospace and Defense, CPG).
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, industry best practices, and available solutions in the SCM / ERP space.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate the value of supply chain management solutions through compelling presentations. Experience in developing and presenting concise point of views to convey the value of technology solutions and services.
  • Adaptable with strong initiative.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment.
  • Consultative sales savvy – appropriately positions software capabilities and interacts across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work jointly cross functional (sales, consulting, support, product management) with internal teams to achieve desired revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, supply chain, computer science or process engineering. Graduate degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
  • Kinaxis RapidResponse certification in the role of Contributor, Author, or Admin is considered an asset.
