As a Senior Account Executive, you are the primary day-to-day contact on the business and the master of coordination, demonstrating high potential in core business leadership skills. The Senior Account Executive contributes business/client insights and collaborates across Client Service leadership and internal teams to deliver strong briefs and develop solutions to client business problems. You manage client expectations well and communicate a clear understanding of their business priorities to internal teams.


  • Participates across integrated agency team to deliver CRM campaigns
  • Builds long term relationships with the clients, building trust by anticipating and exceeding client needs through delivering campaigns on time and on strategy
  • Acts as a key collaborator with internal teams
  • Knows when to escalate potential problems
  • Can partner with, organize, and navigate assignments effectively
  • Understanding of data/performance metrics and reporting
  • Contributes to strategy, analysis, program insights, and planning
  • Able to adequately represent client interests to the team
  • Effectively and proactively communicates to client issues that can result in a scope change.
  • Monitors critical project hand-offs
  • Initiates, presents, and drives to completion value-added projects (participation dependent on the level of complexity)
  • Understands the implications of business strategy on project decisions
  • Responsible for weekly/monthly project status reports, delivery of timely conference reports
  • Sets up meetings and provides accurate agendas and precise and actionable meeting notes


  • Have a passion to develop a deep understanding of your client’s business and industry
  • Demonstrate ability to exercise good judgment, prioritize multiple tasks, and problem solve under pressure of deadlines and resource constraints
  • Savvy leading all stages of campaign development to ensure work meets client expectations and business goals
  • Possess excellent problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills


  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 3-5 plus years of experience, which includes agency or client-side marketing experience
  • Experience with CRM & performance marketing
  • Successful track record of managing multiple projects and being a trusted partner with agency teams
  • Proven ability to express self clearly and organize ideas well
  • Capable of presenting ideas/new opinions with confidence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly as business factors shift
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and holistically about client opportunities
  • Team player with great time management skills and inter-personal skills

As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, and are required to be in-office a minimum of three days per week.

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $100,800.00. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based.
