 Reporting to the Senior Manager, we are actively looking for a Salesforce Analyst role in London who works closely with JUUL business partners (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.), other BSAs, Developers, Testers, and Production Support through each stage of the software development lifecycle and also demonstrate both existing and new functionalities to the business stakeholders. This job requires an experienced Salesforce analyst who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization, lead others, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems and make challenging decisions.      

 Key responsibilities: 

  • Collaborating with developers to verify and test that solutions will meet the business requirements
  • Working with end users and clients to gather, define, and understand business requirements
  • Estimating and documenting costs for projects and proposals
  • Excellent knowledge working with Configurations
  • Gathering requirements and creating dashboards and reports
  • Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and scope associated to requirements
  • Responsible for the Salesforce Platform
  • Day to day running of internal Salesforce system
  • Daily administrative tasks generating reports and dashboards, Configuration and Customisation


  • Extensive  experience using Salesforce CRMs
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Reporting/Analytics, Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce EMEA compliance & security
  • Must have knowledge of databases
  • Sales Cloud Certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Team player and positive attitude
  • Flexibility as the role will involve working with different countries and thus will involve some late evening calls and meetings
