JUUL Labs is seeking a Director of Talent Operations & Programs who will lead and optimize our talent operations and programs function. This person will work cross-functionally with leaders and stakeholders across a variety of teams such as People Operations, People Strategy, Finance, Legal, Technology, Procurement. 

This individual will own coordinating the implementation of talent operations and program initiatives, optimize process, work to resolve operational insufficiencies and partner with our talent leadership team to evolve our hiring process. The role requires global talent operational ownership, program management experience, and the ability to evaluate, lead and implement a wide range of complex projects. 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead initiatives to increase the efficiency of talent acquisition efforts, engage the business, and constantly improve candidate experience
  • Develop a framework/workflows that contribute toward a more disciplined and precise recruiting process
  • Contribute to global recruiting strategy as related to technology, tools, workflows and data delivery 
  • Partner and consult with the talent team to evolve processes that will ensure a tremendous candidate experience
  • Launch new initiatives that can scale in hypergrowth, global environment
  • Facilitate and develop training for recruiters, hiring managers, and teams on tools and best practices
  • Continuously seek out ways to enhance the candidate and recruiter experience, optimize recruiting operating model and be innovative in approach 
  • Provide a data & impact-driven approach to program creation, partnering with our talent and people analytics team
  • Develop business cases, project charters, and prepare executive updates and communication
  • Maintain a risk management focus, anticipate potential challenges and issues, consulting with talent on solutions before escalation
  • Oversee management and implementation of:
    • Recruiting systems (CRM & ATS) and tools (Linkedin) and programs (ERP)
    • External partners, contracts, and licenses
    • Recruiter onboarding and training
    • Recruiting coordination and optimization

Professional Qualifications

  • 8+ years of operations experience within talent acquisition & ATS System
  • 5+ years of people management experience, preferably in recruiting or talent operations
  • 2+ years of project management experience, PMP and/or scrum master certifications are a plus
  • Experience optimizing operational processes with demonstrated experience selecting and implementing HR software and/or third-party tools
  • Experience partnering with a wide range of stakeholders within global talent acquisition, HR, and the business
  • Global talent operations, optimization and program management experience 
  • Experience implementing talent systems and processes
  • Expert knowledge of talent systems/tools and high technical aptitude
  • Experience in managing global teams, leaders and functions 
  • Global immigration and mobility knowledge
