Our Sales and Marketing department plays a key role in acquiring new users for JobLeads. As a Business Development Manager Online you will be responsible with one colleague for the whole sales cycle from acquiring new partners to optimize campaigns and implementing new business ideas to support the ambitious grow plans of Jobleads. 

Your Course and what we expect from you

  • In this role you will be responsible to manage and grow our worldwide network of traffic partners with the goal of user acquisition
  • You will identify, acquire and onboard new partners as well as manage existing relationships
  • You actively manage partner traffic campaigns. This includes budget management, campaign development, performance monitoring, reporting and A/B testing
  • You constantly challenge the status quo and come up with new campaign ideas
  • You continuously stay on top of industry trends by analyzing competitors and market developments

Your Equipment

  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience in Business Development or Sales in Online-Marketing 
  • Proven experience in acquiring new partners
  • You have strong communication and negotiations skills
  • Very good knowledge of all relevant online KPI´s and how you can impact them positively
  • You have strong analytical skills and work independently
  • Effective communication and prioritization
  • Self-motivation with entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on attitude
  • English and Spanish skills on a fluency/ C2 level, Portuguese would be a plus
