The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for coordinating, updating, and executing Jobber’s Total Rewards Strategy. As a critical member of the People and Planning team, you will be providing timely and data driven results based on our internal Total Rewards framework.

Your primary activities will include job evaluation, job banding, benchmarking, base and market compensation cycle coordination, data audits, and ad hoc compensation reviews. You will be responsible for maintaining our benchmarking data and coordinating updates with our external partners. While you will be at home in an analytical environment, you must also be a strong partner as regular internal collaboration will be required. Primary interaction would be with the People and Planning team, but you may also be required to interact with other members of the People team as required.

You will be the main contact for our compensation systems, including maintaining integrations between our internal software systems. You are a natural problem solver who can operate in an environment that is at times ambiguous.  As one of Canada’s fastest growing startups, things can both move and change fast at Jobber. You are comfortable prioritizing your work and adapting to changing key objectives based on business needs. Continuous improvement is required at Jobber so giving and receiving feedback must come naturally to you.

  • Apply comprehensive compensation knowledge to various Jobber programs with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
  • Review Jobber’s compensation structures for pay equity, compliance and other internal metrics.
