Senior Software Engineer, Client at Augment AI
A portfolio company of the AI2 Incubator
Remember that feeling you get when technology amazes you? That first time you could browse the internet from your phone, have a car arrive at your doorstep, perhaps have a car park itself? There are only a few key technologies that will have that kind of impact on our lives, Artificial Intelligence being one of them. Many products today claim to be AI, but let's be frank, most of them are glorified clocks and speakers that aren’t actually that smart at all.
Our team has created products used by tens of millions, as well as built and sold companies. This time, we aren’t building just another “AI” – we’re building the future. And we’re looking for a client-side Senior Software Engineer to help build that future with us!
So, what are you looking for? An opportunity to own and build something BIG.
Who are we looking for? A software pioneer who will join us in building that BIG, highly personal, AI-forward product that will unlock the future of human potential and make us all smarter and a lot more productive. We recently closed 3.5MM in Seed funding and are heads-down building while in stealth mode.
What Will You Be Doing?
On the design side, you’ll help design and build Augment’s client applications on macOS and iOS. You’ll work closely with the founders to define product strategy and technical architecture, and in lockstep with the Product Design team to craft product experiences that are delightfully simple, elegant, and useful. You’ll help create seamless cross-device experiences that follow the user wherever they need to go.
On the technical side, you’ll be churning out well-written code till your fingers ache, alongside an experienced core team that has successfully brought to market well over a dozen consumer, SMB, enterprise and SaaS apps and services. You'll help define our client architecture, engineering roadmap, and personally build out foundational components that power Augment. You’ll be helping tackle some of our hardest problems while scaling within a culture of engineering excellence. You’ll be empowered to take ownership, make decisions and get things done.
In short: you’ll build some incredible things from the ground up, on an exclusive, capable team, all the while challenging yourself, learning, growing and becoming something more, along with us.
