Role:
The Legal Co-founder will play a pivotal role in our organization, combining deep legal expertise in either / all of Immigration, IP, Administrative, Regulatory Law with a passion for technology and innovation. You will be instrumental in defining the product strategy, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed the needs of legal practices. Your domain expertise in a specific area of law will be crucial in identifying and understanding the challenges faced by our target users, enabling us to develop the right solutions to address those needs.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage your legal expertise to guide product development, ensuring relevance and compliance with legal standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the legal community to foster trust, gain insights, and facilitate user adoption of our technology.
- Actively contribute to the entrepreneurial spirit of the team, participating in strategic decisions, fundraising, and overall business development.
Requirements:
- A strong legal background with extensive experience in a particular domain of law. Experience with flat fee-based legal practices is a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in technology and innovation within the legal field, with a clear understanding of the potential for AI to transform legal practices.
- Exceptional networking skills, with a robust network in the legal industry and a proven ability to engage effectively with legal professionals.
