As the Career Services Manager at HyperionDev you will oversee our Careers function which ensures that our students receive the relevant career preparation support to get them ready for a career in tech. There is also a focus on business development through our careers platform where we meet the needs of tech companies by giving them access to our graduates and other tech professionals.

You will be taking charge of two teams under careers, namely the Career Preparation and Business Development teams.

To excel in this role you need to be able to chase big targets making sure we get our students and platform users placed with companies. It will be a balance between supporting student preparation and the mechanics of getting them placed. Relationship building with top tech companies is a must in order to ensure we are able to scale. 



  • 5+ years of experience involved in a placement management function
  • 5+ years of experience running a team in a placements function
  • 3+ years of experience working with placement platforms
  • 3+ years of Account Management experience
  • Relationship management experience
  • Great verbal and written communication skills


  • A degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant qualification  with at least 7+ years experience involved in a placement management function
  • 7+ years of experience running a team in a placements function
  • 5+ years of experience working with placement platforms
  • 5+ years of Account Management experience
