What You’ll Do Here
We are looking for a Mortgage Licensing Specialist to support HomeLight’s mortgage loan originator license in the state. We will cover the costs associated with obtaining and renewing state licenses, including class hours and licensing fees.
Responsibilities
Serves as the Mortgage Loan Originator on record for HomeLight in the state of Missouri. You will be needed to support HomeLight’s Buy Before You Sell program. This role will require approximately 80 to 100 work hours per year.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all licensing requirements are met in a timely manner.
Working with the compliance department, function as a liaison with regulators as required.
Will require occasional office attendance as necessary.
