Who you are

In this role, you will report to the VP of Product and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to optimize and streamline operations across the company. This is a fast-paced, dynamic position where you will leverage the latest advancements in AI to enhance business operations and ensure seamless processes that maintain strong relationships with our real estate partners. By utilizing tools like Stack.AI and CRM plug-ins, you will integrate AI-driven strategies to improve partner satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This position will report to the Vice President of Product.

What You’ll do Here

  • Develop and Implement AI-Driven Processes: Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI solutions that enhance workflows, support real estate partner engagement, and ensure smooth transaction-related operations.
  • Lead AI Integration Initiatives: Manage the integration of AI technologies into existing systems to align with business objectives and deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enhance Operational Efficiency: Use AI models and data analytics to identify inefficiencies, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements in processes supporting real estate transactions and partner satisfaction.
  • Maintain Strong Partner Relationships: Leverage AI tools to anticipate partner needs, address concerns proactively, and foster trust and collaboration through optimized operations.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product management and engineering to align AI-based solutions with development cycles and ensure they deliver measurable outcomes for both partners and internal teams.
  • Monitor and Optimize AI Performance: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of AI-driven solutions, particularly those impacting partner interactions and transaction processes.
  • Stay Ahead of AI Trends: Continuously explore emerging AI technologies and best practices, recommending innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Educate and Empower Teams: Provide training and mentorship to ensure team members understand and effectively use AI tools to streamline operations and enhance partner satisfaction.

This role is critical in driving operational excellence and ensuring strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our real estate partners while staying at the forefront of AI innovation.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related discipline).
  • 2–3 years of experience in management consulting or a similar role focusing on process optimization.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and propose innovative solutions.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving initiatives forward.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

The following compensation information is provided to comply with job posting disclosure requirements in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California.
Base Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00, base pay will vary depending on several factors, such as the position, location, qualifications of the individual, market conditions, and other operational business requirements.
