What You’ll Do Here

As a Principal Product Manager at our company, you will be entrusted with complete ownership of the consumer experience, driving conversion across our website pages, and orchestrating client interactions within our transaction journey. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how users engage with our platform and how various stakeholders, such as lenders, agents, and investors connect throughout their journey. This position demands strategic thinking, rapid iteration, and collaborative leadership to redefine our core business, enhance profitability, and propel us toward sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points to optimize the consumer experience across all touchpoints on our platform.
  • Lead initiatives to drive conversion rates through iterative improvements to website pages, user flows, and conversion funnels.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and A/B testing to identify opportunities and refine conversion strategies.
  • Design and manage the client interaction journey, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between lenders, agents, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Continuously reassess and innovate our core business model, identifying new opportunities for growth, differentiation, and market leadership.
  • Develop tactics to nurture leads through the sales funnel and increase conversion to closed deals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for growth and increasing profitability.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment, partnering with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver exceptional products and experiences.

What you Bring

  • Proven track record of success as a Product Manager, with 8 plus years of experience in consumer-facing digital products or platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with rapid iteration, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, challenge the status quo, and drive business innovation.

The following compensation information is provided to comply with job posting disclosure requirements in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California.
Base Pay Range: $200,000.00 - $240,000.00, base pay will vary depending on several factors, such as the position, location, qualifications of the individual, market conditions, and other operational business requirements.
