Who You Are

Paid Marketing Growth & Stability does not come free. Usually there is an analyst that is helping catch issues in performance before they become fires. If you join HomeLight, you can be that person for our Paid Marketing Channels. You’ll work with many marketing and business stakeholders to provide vital insights into the health and performance of these paid channels.

What You'll Do Here

  • Identify and measure the key metrics to help performance and growth. This will include, but is not limited to:
  • Perform regular ad-hoc analysis through requests from business stakeholders. One day you may be analyzing an A/B test on creative performance. Another day you may be digging into an ongoing issue to identify and correct the issue.
  • Work directly with the Growth Team to analyze, understand, and communicate optimization opportunities for HomeLight.
  • Work closely with BI to make sure all automation and reporting is up to date and working correctly. You will own the reporting of the channels.
  • Present findings and recommendations from ad hoc analysis to stakeholders.
  • Learn and perform basic optimization tasks within growth and marketing tools.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of work experience in consulting or working closely with paid marketing or growth in an analytics role. 
  • Bachelor's degree required from a strong university, preferably in an analytical field (e.g. Natural Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance). The goal of the educational requirement is to effectively do the following:
  • Ability to effectively manage, execute and deliver multiple ad hoc and daily, weekly tasks/projects simultaneously on tight timelines.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL.
  • Ability to learn and pick-up other data analytics and marketing tools.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong team player.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independently.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong plus if you have experience with or working with stakeholders in paid marketing or growth channels such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, etc.
