Who You Are

You are a motivational and strategic sales leader with a proven track record of success and ready to take HomeLight’s sales team to the next wave of growth. You have extensive experience in leading inside sales as well as knowledge and experience in the Real Estate industry. You are motivated by the challenge of developing, managing and scaling a world-class sales team to disrupt a massive real estate market. You collaborate closely with a variety of leadership and partners across the company to help every one of us become successful partners with Agent customers and your Sales team. You are a player/coach, willing to jump in and help wherever an urgent need arises.

What You’ll Do Here

Reporting to our CEO, HomeLight is seeking a senior sales executive to lead Agent Success and all of our Sales teams that sell to agents. Agent Success will be the single biggest lever of growth for HomeLight success over the next 5 years. You and your teams will bring agents to our platform and manage these key relationships across the entire company. You will ultimately own all of sales and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and drive key initiatives to achieve company objectives. 

  • Own, develop, and lead all aspects of sales development strategy
  • Lead, mentor, and retain sales teams in Phoenix; work in-office in closely alongside your team to help them develop and refine sales tactics and strategies
  • Track forecasting, conversion, and pipeline metrics
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual objectives and targets
  • Proactively identify and launch initiatives to drive both new business development growth and operational excellence
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations, Engineering and Growth team to improve our product based on customer feedback

What You Bring

  • Close to 15 years in leading sales with proven success in leading inside sales teams. Experience working in the Real Estate industry or in PropTech, whether previously in career or in current role is required.
  • Experience partnering with and advocating for SMB or Agent customers. Also, ideally familiar with complexities of integrating and onboarding businesses to the digital, online world
  • A track-record in leveraging large amounts of market data to drive sales strategy and organizational optimization, performance
  • Exposure to influencing and partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Passion for developing sales talent, familiar with scaling a sales organization from double digits to hundreds in headcount across multiple regions. You know how to attract, develop, retain, mentor a diverse, high-performing group of sales professionals.
  • Success in motivating teams, setting clear goals and creating an inspiring environment that is open, transparent in communication. You also lead by example and take ownership.
