What You’ll Do Here
- Support the HomeLight Closings Team in handling a high volume of files in a fast-paced and high volume , multi state, task driven closing environment
- Perform administrative portions of the closing process in support of the HomeLight Closing Teams
- Example of duties: order payoffs, record documents, disburse files, schedule closings
- Process new orders and track earnest money
- Maintain communication with the Closing Teams
- Administrative duties such as maintaining office communication & calendars
- 1 - 2 years of escrow processing experience is preferred
- Real Estate and/or Loan Processing experience a plus
- Qualia or Resware knowledge helpful
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A passion for process improvement
- Top notch customer service skills
- Ability to work within multiple computer applications for data entry and file management
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required
