What will you be doing?

As the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Specialist on our Affiliate Growth Marketing Team, you have a passion for continuously testing and improving landing page experiences. You have experience managing and optimizing the journeys customers go on to ensure that the funnels, offers and experiences are strategically driving the visitors into positive experiences. You are a strong cross-functional collaborator who partners with our Analytics, Brand, Creative, and Copy departments to ensure the highest conversion rates possible. You take initiative, love to get your hands dirty and optimize funnels and can make thoughtful recommendations on the landing page experience, overall strategy to maximize ROI, increase conversions, and acquire new customers. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deploy, oversee, analyze and optimize website tactics to increase overall performance for the affiliate team.
  • Have a growth mentality that enables a constant testing strategy. Tests that can include offers, copy, creative, landing page, calls-to-action and many others. Strong organizational skills are very important to not only execute these tests but to learn from them and to develop a departmental knowledge base of what is supporting organizational growth.
  • Use an iterative approach to optimization for funnel opportunities, continuously taking test results and data into account in formulating new tests and hypotheses
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Brand, Product, and Creative to ideate and launch new experiences that stay within our brand guidelines but will drive engagement and purchases.
  • QA of all experiments including ensuring all running experiments are rendering appropriately and all goals are tracked properly.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Conversion Rate Optimization experience, including a history of creating and executing tests across multiple marketing funnels.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools, such as Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, Google Optimize, etc
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or jQuery
  • Experience with research tools including HotJar, CrazyEgg, SurveyMonkey, or other similar tools
  • Ecommerce and/or SaaS experience in a high-growth environment strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong quantitative skills - very comfortable with analytics and A/B testing, including understanding nuances of the platforms around testing approaches.  Must be comfortable in excel and able to get up to speed in other reporting platforms. 
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a knack for being able to pivot seamlessly while staying focused.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work productively cross-functionally and to engage in collaborative thinking among teams.
  • Intellectual curiosity and strong critical thinking and business acumen skills.
