About the role:

Pacvue is hiring a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager for the SMB business unit to enhance the operations in our marketing team. You'll lead in measuring and refining our global marketing team's performance, with a focus on demand generation and targeted expansion campaigns using cutting-edge marketing technology. Your role is central and highly visible, requiring expertise in marketing operations and platforms like Amplitude, Segment, Salesforce, Snowflake and Braze. We're looking for a data driven individual who understands marketing operations and technology platforms. Comfort with APIs and integrations, along with languages like MySQL and Javascript is a plus. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in advancing our marketing tool utilization.

 Responsibilities:

  • Utilize marketing technology to create systems and processes for collecting data for ongoing and completed marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and summarize marketing campaign data, providing actionable insights to stakeholders within the department.
  • Configure & administer marketing automation platforms and oversee integrations of marketing platforms.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing the current and potential marketing automation platforms and integrations.
  • Design and document scalable processes to enhance the Marketing department's ability to meet current and future needs
  • Develop comprehensive measurement plans with benchmarks and goals for upcoming programs and campaigns.
  • Determine and communicate recommendations on marketing performance optimization based on marketing campaign metric analyses
  • Develop the end-to-end technical enablement roadmap.
  • Lead cross functional teams to enhance and maintain the marketing tech stack.
  • Collaborate with external Salesforce administrators to ensure optimal utilization of the Salesforce platform to be scalable/dynamic for future company needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Salesforce, adept at creating reports and dashboards, and collaborating with Salesforce administrators.
  • Track record of building and managing MarTech stacks with integrated SaaS tools (e.g., Zoominfo, Segment, Snowflake).
  • Strong attention to detail, skilled in project and timeline management.
  • Analytical thinker, skilled at providing structured, professional recommendations to diverse business stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Possesses a growth mindset, coupled with innovative thinking and a results-oriented approach.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
