Hanover is looking for a Marketing Intern to support the centralised team across all marketing activity. The successful candidate will gain experience in the planning and execution of events, help produce marketing materials, update the company website and social media channels and offer support on all other marketing related activity.

Role Overview

 

  • Updating social media content (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram), work alongside the digital team to optimise campaigns

  • Managing content on the website

  • Take ownership of the content management system (Zoho), ensuring that data is kept up to date

  • Support the planning and execution of webinars and events, this includes booking venues, managing guest lists and follow-up activity

  • Assist with industry award entries, collating information and liaising with designers

  • General team admin support

About you

  • A clear interest in and understanding of marketing, preferably within a professional services or corporate business setting

  • Strong personal time management and organisation skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Accuracy and close attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Experience using Canva and Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)

  • Experience using Microsoft Office platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
