Our Production Team:

At Guerrilla Games, our Lead Producers are essential in driving the success of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production, fostering collaboration across teams, and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our live service games. You will also have the opportunity to innovate and improve our production techniques.

What you will do:

As a Lead Producer at Guerrilla, you will oversee the production management of one of our ambitious projects, reporting directly to the Production Director. Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Partnering with project direction to create full-cycle production plans aligned with high-level visions.
  • Setting and maintaining strategic direction for production, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Executive Oversight:

  • Managing a team of junior to principal producers, focusing on career development, team processes, and work efficiency.
  • Providing regular project health updates to the Production Director and studio management, ensuring top-level communication and transparency.
  • Overseeing the live cycle and releases of the product, ensuring smooth transitions and operations, in close collaboration with the Live Producer.

Process and Performance Improvement:

  • Leading initiatives for overall studio process improvements, production recruitment, and team development.
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient project execution, reporting risks, and implementing course corrections as needed.

Managing Key Relationships at a High Level:

  • Collaborating closely with the Production leadership group to negotiate priorities and align project needs with studio goals.
  • Coordinating with all involved parties and considering various team dynamics to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Collaborating with various teams at Sony to ensure project coordination and alignment with overall company goals.

Risk and Resource Management:

  • Managing project timelines and progress reports, proactively addressing risks and changes to ensure project success.
  • Evaluating cross-discipline development pipelines and presenting well-researched improvement ideas to the Production Director.

Innovation and Mentorship:

  • Partnering with leads and directors to drive innovation, quality, and efficiency in development.
  • Mentoring other producers to support their career growth, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Who you Are

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have 7+ years of experience as a Senior Producer (or above) on AAA games, working with complex cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Have experienced all stages of AAA development from concept to release.
  • Possess executive-level leadership skills with a proven track record in overseeing large-scale projects.
  • Are driven by the opportunity to contribute to highly ambitious games.
  • Can identify critical points in development discussions by reading between the lines.
  • Enjoy distilling numerous variables into clear, achievable goals.
  • Love mentoring fellow producers and supporting their career growth.
  • Enjoy working with exceptional creative talent on benchmark-setting projects.
  • Have a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships and setting common objectives with various parties, particularly within large corporations such as Sony.
  • Are proficient in reporting and communicating project health, risks, and updates to high-level executives.
