Our Production Team:

As a principal member of the Production team at Guerrilla, you will have the exceptional opportunity to empower world-class design, art, and engineering teams in crafting an engaging next-gen online experience! In this role, you will oversee live service updates, manage operational stability, and ensure smooth transitions from development to live environments. Your contributions will enhance processes, schedules, and communication strategies, providing crucial input for continual service improvement and innovation. Reporting to the Production Director, you will play a key role in shaping the future of gaming.

What you will do:

As a Principal Live Producer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic and Operational Oversight: Oversee all aspects of the live product, ensuring alignment between feature and project objectives. Act as the main partner in mission control rooms and live spokesperson.
  • Service Transition and Operation: Manage live service updates, maintenance windows, and operational stability. Coordinate with NOC and developers during patches and downtime.
  • Release Management: Ensure safe transition of updates from development branches to live environments. Act as the gatekeeper for bug fixes and dev iterations.
  • Publisher Coordination: Serve as the liaison for publishers to manage the certification process.
  • Schedule and Communication Management: Maintain schedules, mitigate risks, and create clear communication strategies for the team and leadership.
  • Continual Service Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance live service performance using feedback and analytics.

Who you Are

To be considered as a candidate for the role, we expect you to:

  • Experience: 5+ years in games as a Senior Live Producer (or above) on AAA games, working with complex cross-disciplinary teams. Experience with all stages of AAA development from concept to release as a Live Producer. Post-launch experience with a Live Service game is a plus!
  • Leadership: Expertise in producing game dev teams, leading them through feature development, and making a lasting impact in planning, execution, delivery, and post-release support.
  • Expertise: Expertise in agile game development practices on mid-to-large scale teams, developing new game features, and optimizing content delivery pipelines.
  • Adaptability: Excel in a fast-paced work environment, readily embracing changes and revisions to enhance the game.
  • Communication: Ability to connect with design and technical team members, and seamlessly switch between day-to-day firefighting and high-level strategy.
  • Organizational Skills: Excel at tracking work, mitigating risk, and ensuring effective communication throughout your team.
