We are looking for a BI Manager - Data Visualization to join our talented Business Intelligence team.

As a BI Manager - Data Visualization, you will:

  • Lead the data visualization & dashboard design process from development to production across various business areas
  • Transform complex data into meaningful insights through powerful story-telling
  • Manage administration of Tableau - infrastructure, usage, reporting standards, performance optimization
  • Develop best in class BI solutions such as interactive dashboards, real-time alerts to drive decision making & profitability
  • Closely work with the BI team to build analytical tools & ensure reporting excellence
  • Support in developing best practices & training programs to build a data-driven community
  • Create functional & technical documentation related to BI solution for knowledge management

We are looking for a passionate BI Manager - Data Visualization, with:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in data visualization, dashboards and interactive data user experiences
  • Proven experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau online/server, or experience with tools
  • Educational background in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer science or a related field preferred
  • The ability to condense complex concepts and analysis into clear and concise takeaways
  • A strong understanding of Reporting Lifecycle including adoption, training, and change management
  • Experience with basic SQL and JIRA
  • Experience with large data sets & understanding of data management & data modelling
  • Excellent communication & analytical skills
  • The ability to work with large amounts of information and see the ‘bigger picture’
