Our Mission & Vision
To date, Grover has circulated over 1.2 million devices, employs over 400 people, and stands as one of the fastest-growing scale-ups in Europe. We hit Unicorn status in 2022, and are scaling internationally!
We're proud to champion a more sustainable way to use tech. With an average of 3-4 rental cycles per device depending on the category, we estimate that the rental of our portfolio from 2015-2021 resulted in 160,000 fewer e-waste products and about 250 tons of e-waste.
To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a motivated Senior Fraud Manager (m/f/x) full-time for our Fraud Team, at our Berlin HQ.
🎯 What you will contribute:
- Be responsible for the prevention and detection of potential fraud
- Being hands-on and learning patterns by Reviewing the orders of our B2C customers
- Identify fraud patterns and contribute to the creation of fraud rules by providing analytical data
- Enhance the current control and monitoring systems, being able to document what is done
- Contribute to measuring the team performance and organize peer review processes to have the team growing
- Work closely with the credit risk team to optimize the approval process
- Support to Customer Service and Debt Collections teams to evaluate customers' requests
- Assist in the successful completion of various projects within the department
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our processes
🤝 What you bring:
- 3+ years experience in Fraud, ideally in Fintech, Payments, or an e-commerce company
- Ability to zoom in and out: need to move from a specific fraud case to a fraud pattern
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Intellectual curiosity, good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic setup up and multi-task environment
- Passion for growth, and the desire to improve processes and efficiencies
- Knowledge of SQL is a big plus
- Fluent in English
