About the Role

As a Patient Navigator, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our fast-growing Customer Experience team.  You’ll identify patient needs, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness. You’ll be a key contributor as we continue building out the systems and processes that drive Good Pill to the next level! 

 

In this role, you will be responsible for…

  • Playing an essential role in creating the customer experience for our patients.
  • Supporting our patients with account issues and setting a high bar by solving them quickly.
  • Engaging with the patients in a personalized way and ensuring that all patients feel welcome, heard, and valued.  
  • Handling a high-volume of calls, emails, and text messages and ensuring that all patients receive an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assisting patients by answering questions and helping them navigate our website/app and their accounts.
  • Working with our data team to improve data collection from customer inquiries through the use of better systems-level approaches.
  • Being an expert on Good Pill and our services. 

 

We’re excited about you because… 

  • You have 2+ years of experience in a customer experience role, with at least 1 year of experience working in the healthcare space strongly preferred. 
  • You are proficient in using platforms such as Salesforce and Google Workspace. 
  • You have stellar written and verbal communication skills, and aren’t afraid to hop on the phone, write an email, or send a chat to help a customer in need.   
  • You’re a problem solver - you have the ability to think critically and use analytical skills to develop solutions that will ultimately have a positive impact on our customer experience. 
  • You’re a strong multi-tasker - you have an ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and manage competing priorities. 
  • You have a growth-mindset that extends to the organizational level - from communications to systems, you’re someone who is invested in helping the organization be the best it can be while aiming to make the customer’s life easier. 
  • You’re passionate about our vision to create the pharmacy of the future for families in Georgia, our belief in technology as the means to get there, and our eagerness to build a scalable solution.
  • You’re eager to join a startup team. You enjoy balancing a fast-paced environment with a culture of making process improvements and technology upgrades to increase efficiency.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to frequently stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, squat and use light/fine grasping. Able to frequently sit and stand, reach above shoulders, perform desk based computer tasks, write by hand, lift, carry, push, stack, and pull objects that weigh up to 40 pounds.
