About the Role:

The role within the Customer Empowerment (CE) team is responsible for working with cross-functional stakeholders, subject matter experts, and enablement business partners to build high-quality online learning experiences for our customers and partners. Our mission is to combine well-curated design with sound instructional principles to build an amazing customer education experience. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining educational & training materials for our Products and Professional Services (PS) offerings and delivering that training to our customers and partners. This role is responsible for building materials for new product launches, sales process updates, and sales tool updates among others. The ability to handle multiple projects successfully will be critical in this role.  Ideally, you have Instructional design, training facilitation, and/or training delivery experience and a portfolio of projects to demonstrate your design and development process.

The person in this role will be required to travel up to 25% of the time annually. 

What You'll Do:

  • Design and development of curriculum, courses, and eLearning modules
  • Facilitate & deliver customer-facing training sessions
  • Designs learning activities and assessments
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop course content
  • Conducts needs analysis for new projects
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audience’s training needs
  • Manage projects throughout their lifecycle to ensure on-time & high-quality delivery
  • Manage stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the design and development process
  • Decide criteria used to evaluate learner performance and develop assessment tools to measure
  • Analyzes, updates, and refines existing content
  • Support instructional design team members through design jams and project reviews

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of Instructional Design experience
  • Telematics industry experience required
  • 1+ years of training facilitation or classroom delivery preferred 
  • Software as a Service (SaaS) customer-facing training required
  • Exceptional communication (both verbally and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience with e-learning design platforms such as Articulate 360
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, and audio and video scripts
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
  • Spanish or French Language proficiency preferred

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The base compensation range for this role is:
$68,000$103,000 USD
