What will you be doing?
Handle day-to-day creator community operations and handle multiple functions and stakeholders - both internal and external.
Roles & Responsibilities
Be well-versed with the creator community and onboard creators based on the personas the teams are looking for
Form deep and meaningful relationships with creators and creator agencies.
Lead live shows operations end to end and streamline the daily ops by closing by working with creators, creator agency as well as the creative agency.
Educate the creator community on the app features via one-on-one sessions.
Create and maintain a live show calendar to streamline cross-team efforts.
Monitor, track & report creators and creative agency feedback and collate the information for the larger teams.
Flexible in working on the ground for various internal as well as external events with influencers.
Preparing weekly reports on influencers performance and suggesting recommendations of influencers for the live shows based on the reports.
Should be comfortable working over the weekends at times (with a compensatory off on one of the weekdays), should be able to put team and organizational priorities first
Be highly collaborative, flexible, responsible, accountable & detail oriented
Skills and experience required
Experience as a community associate, planning and management of daily creators operations.
Will be a plus if person is from video stream, short video platform, influencer content marketing background.
Social & networking skills to routinely interact with multiple stakeholders & creator community
