We're seeking an Integrations Product Manager who will be responsible for delivering B2B system integration solutions to improve our customer experience and conversion funnel. Responsibilities include defining product enhancements, quality assurance measures, and strategies for the website and supporting systems. The primary technologies the Integrations Product Manager will focus on are Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Order Management System, Mulesoft, OAuth2.0, Payment Processors and third-party administrator FSA and HSA platforms.
Responsibilities:
Site structure and features
Integrations of customer health accounts into our shopping site
Information architecture hierarchy mapping and improvements
Planning and assisting development for new site features
Leading relationships with outside partners
Quality Assurance
Cross browser/device testing
Manual feature testing based off test criteria
Collaboration with QA and technology team to diagnose and resolve bugs
Market Analytics/Testing
Design and analyze studies from user testing
Routine analysis using Google Analytics, our product analytics platform and other internal reporting platforms
Work to implement Optimizely A/B tests
On-site/web analytics
SEO review
Site search analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science or a related field
Working knowledge of Google Analytics
Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, SFCC, SFDC, and SQL
Strong writing and communication skills
Impeccable organization and time management skills
Fast learner and quick to adapt to brand voice and style
Team player who thrives on change and collaborates well
Logical thinker – must be business-minded
Ability to identify technology/features that can translate into business benefits
