About the Role:

We are looking for a Manager, CRM and Marketing Analytics to join our team, who will be responsible for the creation of in-depth and actionable customer analytics, customer reporting and measurement of CRM and Marketing initiatives. The purpose of this role is to advance the company’s knowledge of the customer, uncover opportunities to better engage with the customer (both new and existing) and quantify the impact of those efforts. The ideal candidate is analytical and technical while also has sufficient understanding of retail purchasing patterns and digital marketing channels.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage customer reports and presentations for CRM and Marketing team as well as cross functional stakeholders
  • Lead test design and measurement for all CRM test and learn efforts
  • Perform postmortem reporting on email program and present findings to cross functional partners
  • Manage retention and LTV analysis driven by loyalty program
  • Perform thorough analysis of customer behavior and translate analytical findings into actionable insights
  • Apply consistent analytical approaches and methodologies across analyses
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics or other quantitative field preferred
  • Experience working in a direct to consumer business preferred
  • Strong SQL skills required
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Proficiency with, Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools preferred
  • Experience in data mining and statistical packages such as R/Python preferred
  • Ability to make data and insights easily understandable to partners outside of the analytics community.
  • Strong communication and data visualization skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • A champion for the added value customer analytics and insights can bring to a company
