About the role:

As Forter’s Senior HR Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role involves managing HR processes, implementing efficient systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. In addition, you will manage Benefit brokers responsible for design, communication and administration of Forter’s global benefits. You will collaborate with HR teams, executives, and other stakeholders to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of HR operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee and streamline HR processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance; Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Manage and optimize HR information systems (HRIS) and other technology platforms.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations including LOAs, time off.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee records, ensuring data security and privacy.
  • Implement and enforce records retention policies.
  • Supervise the onboarding and offboarding process for global employees  ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
  • Oversee the resolution of employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and general HR information.
  • Ensure timely and effective responses to employee needs.
  • Manage relationships with HR service providers and vendors- including health insurers, retirement plan administrators, and other service providers.
  • Ensure flawless Open Enrollment and Global Benefit Renewals occur through Benefits brokers. 
  • Stay informed about benefits and operational trends to maximize budget investment.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8-10  years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, with a track record of increasing responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are advantageous.

Hybrid work:

At Forter, we have embraced a hybrid work model that combines the benefits of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. As part of this exciting approach, Team members are invited to work from the office at least 2 days per week. Salary Range: $166,000-184,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, and skill level.
