We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Coordinator to manage and enhance every stage of our candidate journey. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring an outstanding candidate experience, leading initiatives to optimize engagement and streamline hiring processes. Additionally, you will contribute to internal projects such as onboarding, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) management, and broader people operations. Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this dynamic position.
What you will do:
- Lead and coordinate interview scheduling across all departments, including executive-level recruitment.
- Own and continuously improve the candidate experience through surveys, feedback analysis, and actionable reporting to ensure we consistently deliver an exceptional hiring experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process while holding hiring teams accountable for responsiveness.
- Support planning of on-site interviews including travel and logistics coordination and meet and greet candidates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support onboarding initiatives, fostering a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
- Drive improvements to our ATS (Greenhouse) and refine the overall interview and hiring process to enhance efficiency.
- Partner with the broader People team to support and execute key people-related projects and programs across the organization.

- Proven experience in talent coordination with a track record of managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and deliver results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at building lasting relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- A passion for enhancing the candidate experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality service at every touchpoint.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse experience is a strong advantage).
- High attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning and improvement.
