As an essential member of our People team, you will own the recruitment process from start to finish, playing a critical role in shaping the future of our company. Your mission will be to source, screen, and recruit the finest professionals in Sales, Operations, and Finance, directly collaborating with our leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance our processes. Your Impact:
- Take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to successful hire, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Work in tandem with hiring managers to develop and implement comprehensive sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle from screening, scheduling, and closing to ensure that the candidate has the best experience possible.
- Keep a pulse on the progress of open positions providing key metrics and updates to your stakeholders
- Use data to make changes to processes that will allow us to move more quickly and efficiently
- Effectively manage our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring a smooth transition for candidates through the interview and hiring stages.
- Build and maintain trust through high-level credibility, integrity, and effective communication with hiring managers, team members, and candidates.
- Innovate and expand upon existing recruitment strategies to cultivate a strong talent pipeline.
- Build a strong network of professionals both active, and passive, to ensure hiring pipelines are maintained.
What You Bring to the Table:
- At least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, focusing on full-time, highly-skilled roles, in the logistics industry.
- At least 1 years of experience at Brokerage in either a recruiting capacity or as a carrier or customer representative.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Jobvite, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to strategize, manage, and thrive in a high-volume corporate recruiting environment.
- A collaborative spirit and readiness to contribute to various recruiting initiatives and projects.
- Self-motivation, exceptional time management, and organizational prowess.
- A professional demeanor, positive attitude, and superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation
The expected range for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 per year. This range reflects typical earning potential in this role. When determining an offer, we take into account a variety of factors that are important in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill sets; experience and tenure; education and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate is based on market data. Salary bands may, in some circumstances, be adjusted to a different geographic area depending on the candidate's position and location.
In addition to salary, full-time employees are also eligible for an equity package and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Flock Freight. Our policy is that we target candidates local to one of Flock Freight’s headquarters locations (San Diego and Chicago) and ask that employees work in-office.
