The Partner Development Coordinator serves as a liaison between our Partner Development teams, marketing, tech and support teams along with other members of the organization. This person will support the client teams while owning product files, reporting, promotion / offer generation and help create surveys. The successful candidate will be tech-savvy, have excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.


  • Provide support to the Partner Development teams.
  • Support assigned client account teams while providing excellent customer service.
  • Communicating and entering promotion specifications and details internally.
  • Managing multiple workstreams internally amongst multiple teams and departments.
  • Tactical execution of client files with technical team.
  • Managing timelines of assigned projects.


  • Hands on knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong verbal, written and time-management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible to change.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Four year degree
