THE POSITION

We are currently looking for a Media and Demand Generation TV Associate to support the media strategy for our Marketing team. This role will sit within the Marketing organization supporting Above-The-Line media channels, with a heavy focus on Linear TV. You will be responsible for managing both internal and external relationships, while contributing to decision making that will drive acquisition and revenue for the business.  If you have a passion for sports, are interested in digital advertising technology, and enjoy working on multiple projects we’d love to hear from you.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Support the strategy, execution and optimization of Above-the-Line and Integrated programs within the Media and Demand Generation team. Heavy focus on Linear TV, but other channels include Radio, OOH, Direct Mail, and OTT/CTV.
  • Foster strong working relationships with agency and other external partners, managing the timely and accurate delivery of various weekly and ad hoc tasks from start to finish
  • Support the weekly budget and forecasting process, owning the QA and reporting of ATL channel spend, as well as month-end close alignment between internal and external teams
  • Continuously mature the FanDuel competitive reporting practice with the support of agency partners
  • Support in the evaluation of media assets
  • Work closely with Creative, Legal, and external partners to streamline approvals, and ensure assets are properly packaged up with clear direction for trafficking
  • Develop briefs that accurately and comprehensively capture campaign goals and parameters
  • Coordinate cross functionally to support the successful implementation of media campaigns
  • Lead and maintain various ad-hoc data management tasks
  • Collate content to help draft presentations
  • Facilitate ad-hoc requests as needed

THE STATS
What we're looking fr in our next teammate 

  • Minimum 2+ years of Linear TV marketing experience preferred. Local TV focus a plus
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in Linear TV media for either other brands, or an agency. Experience in OTT a plus
  • Experience managing other Above-The-Line channels (Radio, OOH, Direct Mail, etc.) a plus, but not required
  • Meaningful experience working in acquisition marketing and/or for high growth companies preferred
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Analytically driven with confidence in working with large data sets and strong understanding of underlying data and methodologies used to inform decision making and drive performance management
  • Ability to interface and build strong relationships with both our agency and other external partners, as well as a wide range of internal teams
  • Knowledge of the full funnel marketing and the marketing landscape
