THE POSITION

FanDuel is seeking a Creative Operations Manager to project manage creative work throughout the organization. This includes working with various marketing, legal and commercial team members to help develop and interpret creative briefs, assign resources, develop and monitor project plans, and ensure on time deliveries. The Creative Operations Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with outside agencies and facilitating workflow through those partners.

THE GAME PLAN

  • Manage workload of creative team members to ensure that projects are being appropriately distributed across all assigned brands and projects, ensuring delivery on time and on budget
  • Facilitate creative approval from marketing stakeholders
  • Ensure creative requests are fully assessed and complete by marketing stakeholders, identifying gaps in strategy
  • Facilitate brainstorms about creative strategies
  • Assess and report project risks to creative operations management
  • Collaborate with legal to ensure compliance in our highly regulated environment
  • Oversee submission of all invoices for payment and coordinate with the Finance Department to set up new vendors and process invoices
  • Manage medium to large creative projects from brief to delivery
  • Mentor and/or manage junior members of the team

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate  

  • 5+ years of project management experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and deployment of creative in a robust business required
  • Proficient in managing concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast paced landscape while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana required
  • Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus
