eyeo has colleagues based all over the world. We practice agile and work in distributed, cross-functional teams that span nearly every time zone. Many of our tech teams prefer to work asynchronously.

 What you'll do

You will be responsible for the full spectrum of People Operations areas including HR Administration, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development at eyeo. You’ll take on ownership of related projects and initiatives, and work to create increased awareness for people-related topics. Your team is distributed and you’ll support them in working autonomously in a self-organizing team. You’ll focus on improving collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organization. We prefer you to be based either in Berlin or Cologne or to be willing to travel to our offices regularly.

After your morning coffee, you'll be expected to…

  • Lead a team of 6-8 employees (HR Generalists, HR Business Partners, L&D Specialist, Data Analyst)
  • Drive company-wide HR projects (leadership programs, performance management, compensation system, employee engagement etc.)
  • Support the People Operations team in day-to-day operating and projects and providing support as required
  • Create awareness for people related topics and increase collaboration
  • Work closely with our leadership team on people related and leadership matters to reach eyeo’s strategic goals

What you bring to the table

  • 7+ years of professional experience in human resources with exposure to all aspects of HR including Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Performance Management
  • Leadership experience and a track record of building and managing high-performing teams, experience in working as an HRBP or Lead of HRBP would be a plus
  • Experience with supporting an organization with employees distributed among different countries
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at a senior level and strong influencing skills
  • Extensive knowledge of German labor law
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Skilled at streamlining and leading initiatives to automate processes
