Your Tasks
- Operational support for the sales team in all administrative tasks, ensuring smooth processes
- Handling group bookings and special requests, as well as tasks in the back office and customer service areas
- Maintenance and management of contract data and offers, ensuring high data quality in internal systems, in close collaboration with the sales managers
- Support in organizing sales activities and events
- Preparation of sales reports and assistance in analyzing sales results
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in sales support, preferably in the tourism industry
- Knowledge of data management and experience using CRM systems
- Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style
- Initial experience in customer communication and openness to various customer needs
- People-oriented and confident demeanor
- Proactive working style and hands-on mentality to support the sales team
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Affinity for various IT systems
