About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced product manager to manage a portfolio of connected product capabilities at Embrace focused on our foundational commercial customers. You will be improving, connecting, and expanding solutions that provide visibility on performance using data from 100M+ devices and billions of user sessions each day. You will be collaborating with engineering and customer success to ensure our customers are monitoring relevant signals, quickly identifying exemplar sessions, and verifying resolutions. If you’re looking to tackle challenging technical problems at scale with an incredible team, we want to talk with you!
Why Join Embrace
As the only user-focused, mobile-first observability solution built on OpenTelemetry, Embrace delivers crucial insights across both DevOps and mobile teams to illuminate real customer impact – not just server impact – to deliver the best app experiences. Customers like The New York Times, Marriott, Masterclass, Home Depot, and Cameo love Embrace’s mobile observability platform because it makes extremely complicated and voluminous data actionable. Our cultural values highlight how we seek to improve as individuals, team members, and a company each and every day.
What You’ll Do
- Field and source feedback across multiple sources: existing customers' feature requests, prospects' evaluation notes, partners' upcoming capabilities, and current users' usage data. Identify larger user goals and where we have an opportunity to build unique advantages.
- Orchestrate improvements across engineering, support, sales, and marketing efforts. while providing flexibility for each team's goals and processes.
- Prioritize and balance on-going maintenance/bugs, iterations based on feedback, and launching new features.
- Run without (much) supervision. Embrace is a flat org, so we expect every person to engage in and interpret company goals, not waiting for a to-do list.
- Operate at every level. Expect to answer technical implementation questions to the CEO, and competitive landscape questions to a data engineer. Communicate tradeoffs that impact sales commission, tech debt, and marketing material.
- Build your voice in the Observability space; driving awareness through strong documentation, content, and connections with performance-minded engineering teams.
- Help refine internal processes and goals, to provide high-impact, high-velocity development that fosters ideas from across the organization.
Basic Qualifications
- 2-5 years experience working B2B SaaS products
- Strong technical background: Embrace sells DevX tools. You will need to ramp up on developer problems, how those are valued by our customers, and how to build generalized solutions at-scale.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong stakeholder management: Embrace strongly adheres to "responsibility without authority". You will need to get team members aware, excited, and contributing on a focused set of initiatives in a space of many possibilities.
- Willingness to be wrong. Get ideas out early for feedback, both internally and externally. Learn from each stage, and adjust to fit the best opportunity. There are no sacred cows (but there definitely are purple ones).
- Core hours can support UTC-3 to -8. Our leadership team is west coast and our largest cluster of developers are around Buenos Aires. Customers are worldwide: expect to occasionally need to talk with folks all over the globe.
- Gathering is integral to our culture for collaboration and connection. We want to ensure that all of our new hires have the ability to travel and meet other team members. We estimate the travel for any given role to be a couple of days every month or two.

- Deep understanding in the areas of data management, Big Data analytics, mobile development, and/or cloud technologies is a plus
- prior experience as a software engineer, data professional, system designer, or support specialist
- High competency and low ego, you have a passion for helping people both inside and outside of your company
