Job Description:

As a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant, you will report to the Director – Solution Consultants and join a global sales team working with legal professional services firms primarily based in US and Canada. Current clients may be transforming their business to cloud. Prospect clients may be moving from one platform to our current platform on prem or cloud.  In this role you will be instrumental in demonstrating the unique value and advantage of our solutions to those customers. You will be responsible for actively working with the account executives (sales rep) to strategize closing deals based on in depth knowledge of the Elite software products and value drivers. This is a high-profile position that requires storytelling and presentation capabilities where we may only have one opportunity in front of a prospect. Understanding the inner workings of professional service and legal firms will help with positioning value add of the Elite portfolio. Prospects buy from people they trust.  Solution consultants understand the pain points and can paint a compelling story on the benefits of the Elite product line. Collaboration is an intricate part of this role. A successful solution consultant is constantly learning and growing. They will work to find solutions within the team and / or other departments. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategize with sales executive what will be presented and why for a firm. Work with existing and new slide decks, Qwilr and Consensus videos for an overall presentation and digital selling.
  • Create new Consensus Video content that help the team with digital selling, new features, 3-5 minute how to videos, product tours and everything in between that helps the selling process and the client’s journey for customer success.
  • Assist with updates to Qwilr, content around pain points and benefits.
  • Answer questions on RFP’s/RFI’s and update content in Quividian to answer these questions efficiently.
  • Learn the standard demo to win style for each component of 3E. Know the elevator pitch, 15 minute view and 45 minute or longer view of the module or component.
  • Create a story around the demo so that the prospect can see their journey as the hero at their firm.
  • Collaborate with Support, Services, Product and the rest of the team to answer prospect/client questions or deal requirements.
  • Enter data into our sales demo for all of the scenarios you need to demonstrate. Enter real life examples and keep the sales demo environment current.
  • Test product releases in our sales environment and report issues.
  • Assist with Power Hours in the following areas: preparing, presenting or managing chat.
  • Facilitate the Client Readiness program to help the client be ready to start implementation. Creating new materials or collaborating with Services on materials to help clients be successful. 
  • Provide solutions to clients after go live when they escalate an issue thru Sales.
  • Triage issues escalated to sales. Clients will have a list of issues that require subject matter expertise and collaboration with various team members in various departments. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Assist the team with core business and account strategies.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven Elite software experience that demonstrates problem solving and creative solutioning of software.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure in front of a client.
  • Find path forward with client on objections with software concerns.
  • Words matter when pitching software to prospects and clients; learn your pitch decks and use the words that matter in a sales process to help the client on the software buying journey.
  • Effectively communicate solutions to end users of Elite Software.
  • Effectively collaborate with team members in other departments.
  • Accounting background and / or deep understanding of legal/professional billing practices, KPI’s and the upstream and downstream impact of solutions offered.
  • Fearless and flexible mindset with the genuine ability to empathize with customers.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Self-starter with a high level of self-direction, motivation, and energy.
  • Advanced PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%+ of the time.
