Job Description:

As the Vice President of Global Partnerships, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role, driving strategic initiatives that propel our partner ecosystem forward. This role will drive the revenue strategy and go to market program for value added partners globally and own the on-going partner relationships. This role will partner closely with sales and product leadership to create a strategy that expands Elite’s platform vision and drives incremental ARR.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive partner program strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify growth opportunities and create a roadmap for expanding our partner channel globally.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. Identify and onboard new strategic partners. Identify and onboard new strategic partners who align with our vision and values.
  • Program Development: Design and implement partner enablement programs, joint marketing initiatives, and co-selling efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partner programs.
  • Revenue Growth: Collaborate with sales, product, and professional services teams to drive partner-generated revenue. Monitor partner performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners to facilitate successful negotiations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align partner programs with overall company goals. Identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration to enhance partner relationships.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in partner management, channel development, or alliances. Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to create win-win agreements.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • A strong presenter with ability to command an audience.
  • Strong managerial skills, including team development and leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
