Head of Whitelabel Partnerships

Location: Ebury Toronto - office based 

About the Job 

Joining the Whitelabel Partnerships team in Canada, you will be joining one of the fastest growing divisions in the business. As the Head of Whitelabel Partnerships in Canada, you will be a crucial contributor through independent research, finding and winning new partnerships and managing an existing book of whitelabels. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and acquire new Whitelabels and to build a network of partners
  • Develop strong relationships with current Whitelabel Partners
  • Work to generate additional revenue for our partners and training them on Eburys products and capabilities
  • Onboarding new whitelabels
  • Provide a high level of customer service and client servicing. 
  • Work closely with the wider team and report on sales progress.

  • Will have sales and/or relationship management experience in the financial services and FX sector. 
  • Experience generating large private client transactions e.g. overseas property purchases
  • Have experience within a B2B or client-facing environment 
  • Possess excellent communication skills
