A Client Services Solution Architect is an integral part of the CS Sales and Solutions team that develops technical strategies and solutions that will enable customers to maximize the value they gain from the Domo platform. Our Solution Architects utilizes a deep understanding of all aspects of the Domo architecture to craft customized solutions for our customers’ outside-the-box problems.
Design solutions for technically complex sales opportunities;
Communicate the value of the Domo platform to customers from business and technical perspectives;
Build credible relationships with customers during the sales process;
Identify technical risks to potential consulting engagements;
Leverage technical expertise to identify areas of expansion for Domo customers;
Enable consulting and partners to successfully maintain implemented solutions through training and enablement working sessions;
Collaborate with all departments, and all levels in the organization including product, consulting, sales, and partners.
Be coachable and collaborative;
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent 5+ years professional experience in related area;
Ability to translate business needs into solutions;
Experience working with enterprise data architectures and/or business intelligence and data analytics;
Ability to determine the implementation effort and resources need to execute the solutions you design;
Expert-level ability to model and implement data pipelines;
Ability to skillfully communicate with both business and technical audiences;
Ability to quickly develop expert-level understanding of complex software systems;
