POSITION SUMMARY
An Associate Technical Solutions Manager (ATSM) partners with Customer Success Managers (CSM) and their customers to develop technical strategies and solutions that will enable customers to maximize the value they gain from the Domo platform. A ATSM develops and utilizes a deep understanding of all aspects of the Domo architecture to craft customized solutions for our customers’ outside-the-box problems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify technical risks to contract renewals and possible areas of expansion for Domo customers;
Design solutions for the identified risks and opportunities;
Guide the customer through the implementation of the designed solutions;
Enable customers to successfully maintain solutions through training and working sessions;
Interact with customers at all levels of the organizations;
Maintain great customer service;
Help customers understand the value of the Domo platform.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience;
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions;
3+ years of experience working with relational databases;
Expert-level ability to write and understand SQL (especially, MySQL and Redshift);
Ability to skillfully communicate with both business and technical audiences;
Ability to quickly develop expert-level understanding of complex software systems;
